-   Time management skills: The ability of a representative to manage their time effectively while handling customer inquiries, completing tasks efficiently, and meeting service level agreements 
-   Team player: The ability of a representative to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve service goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences 
-   Flexibility:The willingness and ability of a representative to work flexible hours or shifts to accommodate the needs of customers and the company 
-   Positive attitude: Should be an optimistic and solution-oriented mindset of a representative that can create a pleasant experience for customers and build brand loyalty
